Win 7 provided few good utilities to repair itself, start up repair is one of them. But many times, even the start up repair can not fix the start up problem for not listed reason.
Now we need to replace the MBR to get a successful boot up.
1. Boot from Win 7 DVD

3. Click Use Recovery Tool and then Select "Command Prompt"
4. To confirm the drive letters assigned to DVD:
>diskpart then ENTER
>select disk 0 then ENTER
>list volume then ENTER
5. Now you will see the DVD drive letter, let's say F:
6. Continue on the command prompt:
>exit then ENTER
>F: then ENTER
>bootsect /nt60 sys /mbr then ENTER
>exit then ENTER
7. Now you are back to this screen:
8. Click Shut Down and restart your computer.
9. You now should have a successful boot up into windows.
